After-hours care
Grey Lynn Physio is open Monday to Friday, 8.00 am – 5.30 pm. We don't provide an after-hours service, but help is always available:
In an emergency, call 111. For example, chest pain, difficulty breathing, a serious injury, or sudden weakness, numbness or loss of bladder or bowel control.
For urgent care after hours, visit Ascot 24/7 White Cross, Ascot Hospital, 90 Green Lane East, Remuera, Auckland 1051. It's open 24 hours; phone 09 520 9555.

What to bring
What to bring to your first appointment
Any relevant medical imaging — X-rays, MRI scans, or CT scans (physical copies or digital)
A list of any current medications if relevant to your condition
Comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated
Your ACC claim number if you have one — if not, don't worry, we'll handle it
Your first appointment will last approximately 45–60 minutes. Damian will take a full history, assess your movement and condition, and begin hands-on treatment in the same session. You'll leave with a clear understanding of what's wrong and a detailed recovery plan.
